Advice on moving to America!!!?

Which state would have good weather in the summer, and snow in the winter? Good schools etc good areas and good job prospects?


My family already have plans for a house they're hoping to build, so the only money information I'm looking for is how much it costs to live for a family of 4- 6 in that area?

I live in Tennessee. We have mild winters with a little snow and nice summers. Decent schools in the affluent suburbs of most major cities. Low cost of living.
Indiana has hot summers and cold winters with lots of snow. In the Midwest region around Indiana is where you're going to get that kind of weather.
