My boyfriend has a custody issue and I need some advice on what to do so here are the facts:
Child 12 years old
Divorced
Permanent restraining order placed on him by ex wife (10 years ago) applies to the child as well. (She lied in court documents) He has sole custody of another son and the courts granted it.
Hasnt seen son in 10 years but has always paid (a lot of) child support
Son was taken out of country (Liberia) with ex wife
Seeking legal help to get visitation

Have a copy of the divorce and where child support has been paid. Your lawyer will ask for what he needs. Just be honest about what happen 10 years ago. I am sure things have changed since then.
