They aren't going to ask you much. Never done BoA but you will probably get a mental arithmetic/number recognition test and they might do some role-play to see if you can handle customers.
Have you done customer service jobs? Have they included being a cashier? Can you do mental arithmetic? Do you like numbers? If you have four yesses, you are half-way there.
